Three to four months ahead for peak summer weekends from June through September. Labor Day and Fourth of July weekends should be booked by February. The trailer market on the South Fork is tighter than anywhere else in the state because every venue out here expects trailers, not standard units.
Yes, with advance planning. Beach venues have restricted vehicle access and soft-sand placement challenges. We scout the route, bring ground boards, and confirm a delivery window that doesn't conflict with beach parking restrictions. Send the venue name and we'll tell you exactly what's involved.
Town of Southampton handles the unincorporated areas, including Water Mill, Bridgehampton, North Sea, Sagaponack, and Tuckahoe. Southampton Village, Westhampton Beach, and Quogue each handle their own permits. We'll tell you which office applies when you call with the address.
Yes. May-through-September seasonal placements are billed monthly with weekly servicing on a fixed day. We set up before Memorial Day weekend, service all summer, and pick up after Labor Day. One coordinator, one service day, no chasing.
Yes. Gin Lane, Halsey Neck, Meadow Lane, and other narrow estate roads are part of our regular Southampton delivery area. We confirm truck clearance and gate access before the first delivery, not on arrival.
