Empire Porta rents porta potties across Utica for construction crews, race-day events, community festivals, and home renovations. Quote same day. Delivered within days.
Workhorse unit for construction sites, backyard projects, outdoor gatherings, and small business functions. Each unit is well-ventilated and stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer at delivery. Rentals include scheduled servicing so units stay usable for the length of the job. Best when you need dependable.
A wider, ground-level unit with extra room and a larger door, enough space for a wheelchair, walker, or anyone who needs to bring a helper inside. Popular for family events, community gatherings, and jobsites where crew members need step-free access. Rents on its own or alongside standard units.
The same accessible design, chosen specifically when a project has to meet ADA guidance, public events, permitted festivals, government jobsites, and multi-week construction projects where an accessible unit needs to be part of the count. If you're not sure how many you need or where they should sit, we'll help you plan it out.
An upgrade on the standard unit: hands-free flushing, an interior handwash with running water, mirror, and better lighting. A step up in comfort for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and film shoots, without the footprint or cost of a full restroom trailer while keeping guests comfortable throughout the event.
Flush-only units for situations where standard porta potties won't hold up: long construction rentals, busy job sites, and multi-day events with heavy traffic. Cleaner and fresher than a standard unit through the rental period, and a practical middle option between a standard porta potty and a deluxe or trailer setup for demanding, high-use rental situations.
Multi-stall restroom trailers built for upscale weddings, corporate events, private parties, and productions. Climate-controlled interiors, full-length mirrors, real fixtures, running water, and finished flooring, closer to an indoor restroom than a portable one. Available in different stall counts depending on guest numbers.
Projects and events in Utica run on tight schedules. We deliver portable toilets when promised, place them where they are easy to access, and pick them up without creating extra work for you. Whether your site is near Downtown Utica, Route 12, I-90, North Genesee Street, or a residential neighborhood, we help keep restroom planning simple.
Every portable restroom is cleaned, deodorized, inspected, and stocked before delivery. For longer rentals, we provide regular servicing to help keep units fresh, usable, and presentable during the full rental period.
You can rent one porta potty for a weekend event or multiple units for a multi-month construction project. We help match the unit type, quantity, servicing schedule, and add-ons to your exact location, crowd size, crew size, and rental length.

Utica’s construction market is more active right now than it’s been in decades. The Wynn Hospital build reshaped downtown. The Nexus Center brought a new entertainment anchor. Genesee Street storefronts are turning over. And residential rehab across the city’s older neighborhoods hasn’t slowed.
Residential renovation is straightforward, one unit on the driveway, weekly service, no permit on private property. Downtown and harbor-area sites are different. Genesee Street has city-managed street access. The Nexus Center area has shared parking and pedestrian traffic. We confirm placement and truck routing on the quote call so servicing doesn’t conflict with whatever else is happening on the block.
When I started Empire Porta, I saw an industry that too often treated portable sanitation as an afterthought, units delivered late, poorly maintained, and forgotten until something went wrong. I knew New York deserved better.
We built Empire Porta on a simple belief: no job site, wedding, or festival should ever compromise on cleanliness, reliability, or dignity. Every unit we deliver reflects that standard. Every call is answered by people who care. Every commitment is one we keep.
From Manhattan construction sites to Hudson Valley celebrations, we’re proud to serve the communities that make New York great. Your trust drives everything we do, and we’re just getting started.
Thank you for choosing Empire Porta.

Four to six weeks minimum. Boilermaker Sunday is the single biggest event demand day on our Mohawk Valley calendar. Race-route vendor placements need coordination with the event organizer for site access and unit positioning. Don't wait until June. By then the best availability windows are gone.
Standard unit for a renovation: roughly $175 to $300/month with weekly servicing. Weekend event rental: $175 to $280. Boilermaker weekend, multi-unit construction, and restroom trailer orders are quoted per job. Call with specifics. Quoted same day, price covers everything.
Depends on the block. Some Genesee Street properties have rear access or alley placement that keeps the unit off the sidewalk. Others need curbside placement with a city right-of-way permit. Call us with the address. We'll tell you what works and whether a permit applies before quoting.
Yes. Saranac Thursdays run weekly June through August and draw thousands to the brewery district. We handle multi-unit setups with mid-event servicing for larger brewery-area events. Book summer Thursday series rentals by May.
Yes. Utica winters are real, with 100+ inches of snow, subzero cold snaps, and storms that shut down the Thruway. We service through them. If a storm delays access by a day, we reschedule immediately, not next week. Construction doesn't stop here in February, and neither do we.
New Hartford, Whitesboro, Yorkville, Marcy, Deerfield, Rome, and surrounding Oneida County. Send the address and we'll confirm.
