Six to eight weeks minimum. The State Fair is the single largest demand event on our Central New York calendar, with 13 days and over a million visitors. Every available unit across Onondaga County is spoken for during Fair week. Vendor and exhibitor placements follow fairground rules. Confirm your assigned area with the fair office, then call us.
Standard unit for a renovation: roughly $175 to $300/month with weekly servicing. Weekend event rental: $175 to $280. Fair-week, multi-unit construction, and restroom trailer orders are quoted per job. Call with specifics. We quote same day and the number covers delivery, servicing, and pickup.
Yes. It's already tightening. Supplier construction, road work, and utility upgrades connected to the Clay fab are pulling units north. Multi-unit construction orders during peak building season from May through October should be booked as early as possible. Single-unit renovation rentals aren't affected yet.
Yes. SU football tailgates at the JMA Dome lot, commencement, alumni weekends, and outdoor campus events are part of our regular Syracuse calendar. Campus placement goes through SU facilities. We deliver once the site is confirmed and service around the event schedule.
Yes. Syracuse averages more snow than almost any large US city. We've serviced through storms that closed I-81. If a storm buries the site for 48 hours, we reschedule to the next accessible day, not the next scheduled week. Crews that work through Central New York winters need a rental company that does the same.
